Meet Dr. Wiggins
Motivated by a passion to transform lives through dentistry, Dr. Edward Wiggins II, a graduate of the University of California, San Francisco with a DDS degree, and Morehouse College with a Bachelor’s in Biology, has dedicated his career to top-tier dental care. Starting in Union Square, San Francisco, he practiced for six years before establishing D2O Dental in May 2010, creating a premier dental destination that combines state-of-the-art care with luxurious comfort.
Dr. Wiggins’s philosophy is heavily influenced by his time at Disney, where creating memorable experiences was paramount. This ethos drives him to deliver hope and excellent dental results, continually enhancing his skills with extensive ongoing education. He excels in managing complex cases and crafting stunning, healthy smiles, earning him a Fellowship at the California Implant Institute and currently pursuing a Masters in Surgical and Prosthetic Oral Implantology. A proud alumnus of the Kois Institute in Seattle, Dr. Wiggins is committed to the art and science of aesthetic, occlusion, and restorative dentistry.
He values building lasting relationships with his patients, empowering them with choices and information to achieve optimal oral health. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Wiggins cherishes time with his wife and twins, enjoys tennis, running with his dog, and is actively involved with the California Native Plant Society. Not just a dentist, he’s also the starting pitcher for the Nationals in the Sacramento Men’s Baseball League Open Division, demonstrating his passion for teamwork and community engagement both on and off the field.
